<description>To me, waterfalls have always been a bundle of joy, be they natural or artificial.

Waterfall has a wonderful and soothing effect, especially on people living a stressful and busy life in big cities swarmed with massive concrete buildings. Its splashing sound and misty look are simply enchanting.

There was hardly any gigantic waterfall when I last visited New York in 1995. The new waterfalls would certainly have great potential in attracting New Yorkers and tourists.

Let there be waterfalls in all great cities of the world.
